1. Who we are
This policy applies to the Biblia Duo mobile application (the "App"), developed and distributed by elevenbrands. For any privacy matter, write to rikardomanjarrez@gmail.com.
2. What data the App handles
Reading data only: your reading position, bookmarks, highlights, notes, your reading plan and its progress, and your preferences (theme, typeface, text size, haptics). They are stored in the App's local storage on your device. We do not collect, receive or share them. If you export your notes, the file is created on your device and you decide who to share it with.
3. iPhone Duo hinge
On an iPhone Duo, the App reads the hinge angle to open and close the book. That reading is used only in the moment, on your device; it is not stored or transmitted.
4. In-App Purchases (StoreKit)
Biblia Duo is free to download, and reading the whole Bible is always free. It offers an optional subscription, Biblia Duo Pro (monthly or annual; the annual plan with a 7-day free trial), which adds reading themes and typefaces, highlights in several colors, unlimited notes and bookmarks, reading plans and note export. Purchases, renewals, refunds and charges are processed by Apple through your Apple ID via StoreKit: we do not receive or store payment data. The App only asks the App Store whether your subscription is active. The terms of use are those of Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA).
5. Third parties
The App does not include analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and does not use the advertising identifier. There are no accounts, chat or content from other users. The Bible texts (the World English Bible and the Reina-Valera 1909) are in the public domain and are included in the App.
6. Deleting your data
Deleting the App removes all of its data from your device (including notes and highlights; export first anything you want to keep). Your subscription stays linked to your Apple ID and can be recovered with "Restore Purchases".
7. Children
The App collects no information from anyone, including children. Purchases require authorization from the Apple account (including "Ask to Buy" in Family Sharing).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App or the law. The current version will always be on this page, with its date.
